There will be about 250 participants from 25 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agenda will be around the thematic axis \u201cmanaging risk for a prosperous future\u201d and the summit will convene experts in regulation, certification and rafting operation.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"visits\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new6\">Dramatized visits at the National Theatre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Visitas-dramatizadas-en-el-Teatro-Nacional.jpg\" alt=\"Dramatized visits at the National Theatre\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From this month, the National Theatre will offer the option of guided and dramatized visits in which your clients will interact with XIX age characters in different rooms of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tour will include details about the theatre construction and the Costa Rican society since 1832. The visits will be available from Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 09:00 to 16:00; and have an approximate cost of $15.00 per person.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"airstrip\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new7\">Palmar Sur Airstrip reopening<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Reapertura-de-la-Pista-de-Palmar-Sur.jpeg\" alt=\"Palmar Sur Airstrip reopening\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Palmar Sur Airstrip reopened last August after some remodelling works, and it is again available for guests visiting the South Pacific. The improvements included extension, demarcation and lighting of the track, as well as the construction of modern facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"categories\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new8\">New room categories at Lapa Rios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Nuevas-categorias-de-habitacion-en-Lapa-Rios.jpg\" alt=\"New room categories at Lapa Rios\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From next December 15th Lapa Rios will offer two new room categories: Lapa Ocean Villas, with an ample space up to 5 guests and a plunge pool; and Premier Lapa Suites, up to 4 guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both are independent units, equipped with fan, hair dryer, hanging bed, outdoor shower, coffee machine and a spacious terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"closure\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new9\">Closure dates at The Springs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Fechas-de-cierre-en-The-Springs-Resort.jpg\" alt=\"Closure dates at The Springs\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Springs Resort will be closed due to a television show filming from October 06th to the 13th, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"marriott\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new10\">Costa Rica Marriott &amp; Los Sue\u00f1os Marriott renovation project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Proyecto-de-renovacion-en-Costa-Rica-Marriott-y-Los-Suenos-Marriott.jpg\" alt=\"Costa Rica Marriott &amp; Los Sue\u00f1os Marriott renovation project\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Costa Rica Marriott and Los Sue\u00f1os Marriott Hotels are currently working on the renovation project of the coffee shop, gift shop and executive lounge in both hotels. These services will be temporary relocated at another area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Works schedule is from 09:00 to 17:00, trying to cause the lowest possible impact to your guests; and will be ready by next November 15th.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"refurbishment\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new11\">Refurbishment at Pachira Lodge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Remodelacion-en-Pachira-Lodge.jpg\" alt=\"Refurbishment at Pachira Lodge\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pachira Lodge is currently working on some refurbishment in the area close to the pool. These works will conclude by the end of October and all services are operating on regular basis.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"remodelling\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new12\">Remodelling at Nayara Gardens Hotel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Remodelacion-en-el-Hotel-Nayara-Gardens.jpg\" alt=\"Remodelling at Nayara Gardens Hotel\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The front desk and Altamira Restaurant at Nayara Gardens Hotel are being remodelling at this moment and the works will be ready by October 31st, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nayara Springs front desk and restaurants will be available for your guests during this period.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"news\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new13\">News about Tamarindo Diria Hotel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Novedades-sobre-el-Hotel-Tamarindo-Diria.jpg\" alt=\"News about Tamarindo Diria Hotel\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamarindo Diria Hotel will continue operating under the current administration and will not become part of the Melia hotel group as it was announced some months ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, remodelling works in common areas will be indefinitely extended and it is important to consider that there could be some disturbance \u2013 visual or sonic \u2013 until further notice.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"reminder\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new14\">Reminder about refurbishment project at The Westin Resort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Recordatorio-sobre-el-proyecto-de-remodelacion-de-Westin-Resort.jpg\" alt=\"Reminder about refurbishment project at The Westin Resort\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Westin Resort will work on refurbishment at the pool, restaurants, bars and some rooms in the family area from September to November 2019, as it was announced a few months ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is very important to take into account that the adult-only services will not be available during this period because the Royal Beach Club will be open for all the guests.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"maintenance\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new15\">Maintenance works at Flor Blanca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Trabajos-de-mantenimiento-en-Flor-Blanca.jpg\" alt=\"Maintenance works at Flor Blanca\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Flor Blanca Hotel is currently closed due to its annual maintenance and it will tentatively open next December 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n<a id=\"parador\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new16\">Remodelling at Parador Resort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/images\/News\/set-2019\/Remodelacion-en-Parador-Resort.jpg\" alt=\"Remodelling at Parador Resort\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From next October 01st to November 15th, Suite rooms at Parador Resort will be out of service due to maintenance and remodelling works.
