This is why the company decided some years ago to voluntarily implement a series of documented policies and procedures to promote equal opportunities and to ensure gender equity. Thanks to these actions, on August 2017, Travel Excellence became the first company to be granted a recognition called Gender Equality Mark, by the Costa Rican National Women Institute (INAMU).<a href=\"https:\/\/www.travelexcellence.com\/gender-equality-policy\">View details<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this commitment, this year Travel Excellence has decided to sign the statement of support for the Women&#8217;s Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
