The containers were produced in China for worldwide transport, and abandoned in the Costa Rican port of Lim\u00f3n. Compared to other hotel projects with a similar number of rooms, the construction time was 35% faster, saving 60% in concrete and water consumption and producing only 1\/4 of normal construction waste. The top floor has stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Manuel Antonio National Park and Playa Espadilla, the best panoramic views in the whole Manuel Antonio area. Other amenities offered to guests are complimentary breakfast, free parking lot, room service and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
