One of the first steps towards building a sustainable restaurant at Harmony was the creation of an onsite huerta (garden), which produces a number of fruits, vegetables and herbs that the Chef incorporates into the menu. Nestled among palms and hammocks, the juice bar is a casual eatery that serves up fresh juices and tasty health foods such as fruit smoothies, vegetable juice elixirs, organic salads, sandwiches, raw food creations, and nutritious desserts.
